Last night I thought to make an oekaki on Oekaki Central Main Hall again, something I haven't done in almost half a year, but... after working four hours on it, and I pressed 'send' my oekaki dissapeared into nothingness. Not a trace is left. A real pitty.
But luckely I was smart enough to make a screencap before pressing the send-button. So you DA guys and girls can still enjoy it.
I actually like the background better than the foreground.. for some reason. I really like the veins in the trees, though!
Maybe I'd have liked the foreground better if it had the green hues that trees usually have, along with the white lights. This is just my opinion, though.
Great work as usual, though. I miss digipainting.

Wow, what a magical, stunning piece!
I can't believe you did this with an oekaki program- it just looks so...polished! Anyway, just wanted to say I really love your art.
An instant fave.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More

If you go by double negatives, two wrongs DO make a right. And three rights make a left, so six wrongs=one left.

I was going to begin by quoting Shakespeare, but then I thought: why should I? He never reads any of mine.
